Roll up, roll up! Welcome to Ikonografik Design’s round up of 2024! 🥁

1. Jill and Ian’s full extension and retrofit remodel project fully finished, they are loving it. Photos by Dug Wilders.

2. Art Deco inspired extension project progressing well on site.

3. Open House Trust Eco Coffee Shop, full retrofit and remodel, Phase 1 critical structural works on site finished.

4. Graham and Helen’s kitchen extension and remodel started on site, now completed and they are also loving it.

5. Visited the medieval town of Regensburg, where apparently the world’s first fast food outlet started in 1146, The Regensburg Sausage Kitchen, very tasty!

6. Caroline’s timber framed garden annexe project is fully finished, and her parents move in.

7. Designed and built a custom and very calorific gingerbread cake house for a very demanding Client, my daughter. Also very tasty!

8. Passed the PAS2035 Level 3 Award as a Designer in Energy Efficiency Measures for Older and Traditional Buildings.

9. Kiran and Jo sell their house that we helped them extend and remodel for a tidy profit.

10. Rachel and James’ concept design finished and agreed, subject to costings !

11. Completed the technical design for an extension to a block of flats, which included the heavy-duty design of a really complicated lead gutter.

12. Peter and Gemma finally have Planning Permission granted for their stables!

We’ve been really fortunate to work on some interesting projects and with some amazing Clients this last year.

New and exciting projects are already booked in for 2025 and we can’t wait to share them with you.
