…Nathan’s creativity and imagination came as a real help.

"We weren't sure of the potential for remodelling our entire house along with an extension so Nathan's creativity and imagination came as a real help. He planned everything meticulously and helped out at every stage of the project, which relieved a lot of pressure that we would otherwise have had. Communication was prompt and we are over the moon with the results of the project.

We've enjoyed working with you, you've been thorough, imaginative and helpful throughout the process. We would recommend you to other people."

I honestly haven’t found another architect with whom I have as much faith in!

"Nathan came on board with the project at a moment's notice and was very accommodating with his time. We engaged Nathan to prepare the architectural design and drawings for the conversion of a single dwelling house to an HMO with 5 En-suite bathrooms. He also organised and managed the Structural Engineer and independent building control company. He worked well with my project manager and demonstrated a professional approach at all times. I highly recommend Nathan's services.

I honestly haven’t found another architect with whom I have as much faith in! You prepare very good drawings, have a high level of technical knowledge and you’re also very prompt with communications.”

Clarification > Nathan isn’t an architect as that is currently a protected title. Nathan is however a fully qualified Chartered Architectural Technologist, which is also a protected title. Click here to go the CIAT website for further information.

What could have been a stressful process in the wrong hands was made very straightforward by Nathan.

"We were very happy with Nathan's professional advice and approach to the design of our garage conversion. What could have been a stressful process in the wrong hands was made very straightforward by Nathan. At the design stage he was extremely helpful with lots of ideas for the project.

As well as designing the plans, Nathan also managed the project, liaising with the council building inspector and the contractor to ensure that things progressed smoothly and we were kept fully informed along the way. Nathan's attention to detail meant that the end result was exactly as we had hoped. We would definitely recommend Ikonografik Design and would use Nathan's services again in the future."

An excellent result, and Nathan was a pleasure to work with.

"We began our project with a vague understanding of what we wanted. Nathan's methodical way of working helped us to better understand what we wanted, and what was achievable within our time and budget constraints. His considered advice during the design process covered both practicality and economy.

Nathan also helped us with some of the less glamorous parts of the paperwork and kept an eye on the project throughout, having a good working relationship with our contractor. An excellent result, and Nathan was a pleasure to work with."
