Property development for quick sell on / flip by property investment organisation.

A relatively straight forward renovation and extension to an old house that had not been upgraded or cared for by the previous owner.

The house was fully renovated throughout, all rooms were upgraded.

To create a bit more space a modest rear extension was added to create an open plan Kitchen / Diner + the loft was also converted to form an extra bedroom.

A new modern kitchen was installed that made the property much more attractive.

The loft conversion brings in lots of natural light, through careful use of roof windows. The existing rear roofs were also rebuilt and simplified.

The exterior of the house was also refurbished to look a lot tidier and the gardens fully re-landscaped to create an attractive family dwelling.

The project was completed without Planning Permission under Permitted Development rights which helped to speed things up.

The project was a great success and sold to the first viewer in record time.

Problems Solved:

Quick turnaround as Planning Permission not required + Building Regulations + cost effective solutions

What our customers say

…prompt, efficient and professional.

“I was in need of an architect at quite short notice when I embarked on a recent property development project and didn’t know who to turn to or to trust for the job. I couldn’t be more happy with Nathan’s services as he “ticked all the boxes,” he was prompt, efficient and professional. I was particularly impressed with his attention to detail, in fact it was a bit of an eye-opener to see the amount of detail required for such a project. Ultimately, being armed with so much information prior to commencing the work it was a great aid in making the project run smoothly. I’d happily use his services again in the future and will recommend him when the opportunity arises.”

Clarification > Nathan isn’t an architect as that is currently a protected title. Nathan is however a fully qualified Chartered Architectural Technologist, which is also a protected title. Click here to go the CIAT website for further information.
