Two storey, side and rear wrap around extension with a traditional exterior, coupled with a contemporary interior. New open plan modern Kitchen and Dining + Garage to the Ground Floor with a Bedroom, Bathroom and Store above to First Floor.
Electric car charging point to the new Garage. Sun tunnels and roof windows used to introduce lots of natural light and to reduce the need for electric lighting. Traditional brick detailing of the new flat arch to the Garage door matches in with the front door arch.
