Terms and Conditions of our bespoke architectural design advice gift vouchers

1. This gift voucher has no monetary value, is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full or anything else.
2. This gift voucher is valid for one year [12 months] from the date of issue.
3. No extension of the expiry date from the date of issue will be permitted.
4. This gift voucher is not valid during any special promotion.
5. Partial claims are not available, i.e., 2 x half hour advice sessions. Can only to be used as a single fulfilment for up to the amount of time shown on this voucher.
6. Vouchers can be used together to form a single advice session, i.e., 3 x one hour advice sessions = a bumper 3-hour session.
7. An advice session includes travel time, to make the best use of the time available online Microsoft Teams video advice sessions are worth considering. If you would prefer a personal face to face consultation please consider purchasing additional vouchers.
8. Cannot be used as part payment for any projects already commenced or booked in.
9. Can only be used for initial advice sessions before formally appointing Ikonografik Design to complete architectural work.
10. This gift voucher has to be presented and verified as authentic before the design advice session is booked in.
11. Ikonografik Design retains the right to reject any voucher that has been tampered with or found in any way unacceptable.
12. Ikonografik Design are not responsible if a gift voucher is lost, damaged, stolen, or destroyed and no replacement is available in these circumstances.
13. Any architectural design advice given is preliminary and indicative. You need to check the advice given is accurate before acting on it.
14. If you don’t want this voucher please pass onto someone else who may benefit from our expert advice but bear in mind the expiry date.
15. Ikonografik Design reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and to take appropriate action, including the cancellation of the voucher[s], if, in its discretion, it deems such action is necessary.
