A single storey rear extension was formed to create a new, large open plan Kitchen. Minimal loft conversion completed to generate an extra bedroom. New Velux roof windows were used wherever possible to bring in lots of natural light. The existing rear roofs were rebuilt and simplified. The works also included a full refurbishment to the interior and exterior to create an attractive family dwelling. The gardens were also fully re-landscaped.
The project was a great success and sold to the first viewer in record time.
